“For many years I’ve served as the international coordinator for church planting coaches in a large mission agency. A while back, during a gathering of fellow coaches, we were all challenged with the idea: coaches should also be coached. Immediately, I contacted a CMI Coach that I knew and our coaching relationship began.
Over the months, I’ve not only accomplished the original goal I’d set with my coach, but many others of equal or greater importance. My coach helps me stay focused upon my vision and take action toward specific goals. I’m accomplishing more and at a faster pace. Now I have renewed enthusiasm for and belief in the power of coaching. All this comes at a crucial time in my life. I am tasked with establishing a coaching network for 40 church planting teams working in one of the most unreached areas of the world. Having a coach adds significantly to the confidence I need as I’ve taken on this new project of training and multiplying coaches in Asia.”
