If paying Online simply find the Retreat or Workshop Options you plan to attend below, and follow the instructions. Online payments are processed through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account.
If paying by Check identify your total payment amount from the appropriate option(s)/item(s) below (or you may refer to Registration page), and then make payment as follows:

- CMI Leadership Team Retreat {Invitation Only} - August 13-14 ends @ 3pm
