PCTSA 2012 - Professional Level Training Overview: This is our professional level program designed to train and equip coaches who will effectively serve cross-cultural workers and frontline leaders...and now it is more accessible and affordable to those in South Asia and surrounding regions. It is a two-year, high quality distance-learning process including: 170+ hours, involving Teleclass Instruction, Onsite Workshops, Individual Study, Peer Practice, 20+ hours of Personal Coaching, Group Coach Training, and Individual Study; plus, as much as 200+ hours of actual, supervised coaching experience.

Former Christian Cross-cultural Worker - You have left or are soon leaving your field of service; have at least some base of financial support; want to continue serving those left behind; and, want to serve them through coaching; or...

Current Christian Cross-cultural Worker - You are still on the field and desire to provide high-quality, culturally appropriate leadership and life coaching to your fellow leaders as a major expression of service.

Missionary Trainer or Mission Pastor - You are responsible for training, overseeing, or caring for Christian cross-cultural workers within field organization, Christian NGO or local church.

Mission Leader/Director - You oversee missionaries or Christian cross-cultural workers and want to implement a coaching approach as a major element of staff and leadership development.
