    • Leadership Coaching - Asia Phase II - This is a Coaching Program for Leaders designed by CMI for YWAM South Asia with two primary goals in mind: 1) Increase performance and effectiveness of leaders through individualized leadership development; 2) Decrease burnout and attrition by increasing support and care of leaders.
    • Leadership Coaching - Southern Africa Phase IThis is a Coaching Program for Leaders designed by CMI for YWAM Southern Africa with two primary goals in mind: 1) Increase performance and effectiveness of leaders through individualized leadership development; 2) Decrease burnout and attrition by increasing support and care of leaders.
    • Leadership Coaching - Partner Organizations - CMI is committed to partnering with Mission Organizations to provide high-quality coaching to missionaries and frontline leaders when and where it it needed most.
    • Coaching Scholarship Fund - One way you can help CMI make high-quality coaching available and affordable is to contribute to the Coaching Scholarship Fund. This fund helps those who want to receive coaching but cannot afford even the context-appropriate minimum coaching fee. (see FAQs for CMI Pay-for-Coaching Policy)
  • Training + Coaching Follow-up
    • Leadership Development Course Follow-up Coaching - Asia Phase II - This program is designed to maximize the application and impact of formal, classroom leadership training provided by one of CMI's partnering organizations in Asia. Trainees receive 12 sessions of follow-up coaching over a 6-month period. Many participants are grassroots leaders who rely on partial scholarships to cover the coaching costs.
        Schedule: January - July 2009.

Coaching for Mission Marriages

  • Marriage Coaching
    • Marriage Coaching - Asia Phase II - This is a continuation of marriage coaching provided in partnership with Grace & Truth Ministries to missionary couples in the frontline partnering organization.
    • Marriage Coach Training - Asia Phase II - This marriage coach training project in partnership with Grace & Truth Ministries will provide marriage coaching, coach training, and then coaching supervision, to four or more couples, preferably with Asian language ability. These couples are already called to and involved in marriage ministry within the partnering organization. The program lasts two years resulting in four (or more) couples who are fully trained to provide marriage coaching.

    Mission Coach Training

    • Mission Coach Training
      • MCT2009: Mission Coach Training for Returning and On-field Missionaries - This program trains and equips missionaries who are:
        Returning: Who have left or are soon leaving their field of service; who have at least some base of financial support; who want to continue serving those left behind; and, who want to serve them through coaching;
        On-the-field:
        Who desire to provide high-quality leadership and life coaching to their fellow mission leaders as a major expression of ministry.
        - This program is a two-year, high quality distance-learning process including:
        150+ hours involving Teleclass Instruction, Onsite Workshops, Personal Coaching, One-on-One and Group Coach Training, and Individual Study; plus, as much as 226+ hours of actual, supervised coaching experience.
          Schedule:
          ● January - June 2010 :: Module 6: Coaching Across Cultures, and Supervised Coaching
          ● July 2010 - June 2011 :: Module 7: Intensive Supervised Coaching

      • Coaching Skill Training for Team Leaders & Supervisors - Asia Phase II This training will be provided by CMI Coach Trainers to an Asia partnering organization in a 3-day interactive onsite workshop. It focuses on helping geographical Supervisors, as well as ministry Team Leaders to learn and implement coaching as a management and leadership development process.
      • Marriage Coach Training - CMI provides mission-oriented marriage coach training in partnership with Grace & Truth Ministries. The program provides marriage coaching, coach training, and then coaching supervision, to couples, preferably with regional language abilities. These couples should already be called to and involved in marriage ministry within the partnering organization. The training process lasts two years resulting in couples who are fully trained to provide marriage coaching.
